I can only service customers in Malaysia. Not sure if there are agents in Sri Lanka. Are you from Sri Lanka?
The Oscar does not have any hot water dispenser.
I don’t understand what you mean by “single/double switches for coffeecups”.
It came with single/double basket. Therefore you can make single or double-shot of espresso.

You are right. It is wishful thinking to get a decent espresso machine for RM500
Maybe you should consider getting an Aeropress for less than RM200. It make excellent black coffee.
